Your recipes on the Thermomix TM7

A reel, a TikTok video or a Marmiton page: Zeste turns it into a recipe card and rewrites each step for the bowl, with time, temperature and speed, and Browning mode when something needs searing.

Recipes on social media are filmed with a saucepan. With a Thermomix, you have to translate everything: how many seconds to chop the onion, what speed to simmer without mashing, when to switch to reverse, when to blend. And the "200 ml of cream" has to be weighed, since it's the bowl's scale that does the measuring.

Choose "Thermomix TM7" in the settings: every recipe in your cookbook offers a robot version next to the original recipe. Manual cooking stays between 37 and 120 °C, and anything that needs searing or caramelizing goes through Browning mode, up to 160 °C.

Thermomix TM7 settings

  • Manual cooking from 37 to 120 °C
  • Browning mode up to 160 °C for searing and caramelizing
  • Gentle stir setting, then 1 to 10 in half steps, Turbo
  • Reverse, up to speed 3
  • Varoma steaming, Dough mode
  • 2.2 l bowl: Zeste splits into batches above about 2 kg

Adapt a recipe to the Thermomix TM7 with Zeste

  1. Choose your robot

In the app, Profile › Units and cooking robot; on zeste.cooking, in Settings. Turn on cooking robot mode and choose Thermomix TM7. You only do this once.

  2. Import the recipe

Share the reel or video to Zeste, or paste its link with the + button. A web page, a photo of a cookbook or a PDF work too.

  3. Open the robot version

On the recipe, choose Robot version: the steps appear with their settings. Cooking mode shows them as chips and starts the timer for the right time.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a subscription?

No, cooking robot mode is included in the free plan. Only imports are limited without Pro (5 video/link imports per week).

Are the settings reliable?

They follow the TM7 user manual and the benchmarks of Vorwerk recipes (chopping, sautéing, simmering, blending, kneading), and are written by AI from the recipe. Check them as you would a recipe found online, especially the temperatures.

Are the TM7's other modes used?

Zeste sticks to manual cooking, Dough mode and Browning mode, which the TM7 accepts as they are. Cookidoo's guided recipes stay in Cookidoo.

What if I double the servings?

The quantities follow. If the total is more than the bowl can hold, Zeste says so and tells you how many batches to make.

Thermomix is a trademark of Vorwerk, Monsieur Cuisine of Lidl, Companion and Cookeo of Moulinex (Groupe SEB). Zeste is not affiliated with any of these manufacturers; the robots are drawn by Zeste.
