Zeste is an online application (SaaS) published by Start-Win, available at https://zeste.cooking. It allows users to import recipes from links (websites, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), photos or text files, to automatically extract their ingredients and steps using artificial intelligence, to organize them in a personal cookbook, to share them and to use them in cooking mode (in particular on mobile and tablet).

Using the service requires creating a user account. Some features may require connecting to third-party services or accessing content hosted on external platforms. The terms of use of these third-party services continue to apply alongside this legal notice.

Zeste is a service published by Start-Win, as are Social by Start-Win, SanoRDV and Quicklink.fr.

Start-Win owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use to all elements accessible on the Zeste website, including the texts, images, graphics, logos, interfaces, source code and visual identity of the application.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Start-Win.

Recipes and content imported by users (texts, images, videos, metadata) remain the property of their respective authors or of the relevant rights holders. The user warrants that they hold the rights necessary to import and use this content for personal purposes within the service.

Any unauthorized use of the website or of any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

Start-Win cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the website https://zeste.cooking.

Start-Win accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of automatically extracted recipes (quantities, allergens, cooking times, etc.). The user remains solely responsible for checking the information before any use in the kitchen.

The service relies on third-party APIs and infrastructure (social platforms, artificial intelligence providers, hosting, payment). Start-Win does not guarantee the continuous availability of these external services, nor the absence of interruptions or import errors caused by changes imposed by the source platforms.

Start-Win undertakes to secure the website and the hosted data as well as possible; however, it cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or if unwanted data is imported without its knowledge.

Start-Win reserves the right to suspend an account or delete any content that breaches the law applicable in France, in particular regarding data protection, intellectual property or unlawful content.

In accordance with amended French Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (loi Informatique et Libertés) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the information concerning them.

Browsing the website may cause cookie(s) to be installed on the user's computer. Zeste mainly uses technical cookies and trackers necessary for authentication, session management and the operation of the service (including installation as a progressive web app).

You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies through your browser settings. No non-essential cookie will be set without your consent where the regulations require it.

Zeste offers a free plan and a paid subscription, "Zeste Pro". Payments are processed by the provider Stripe, under its own terms. Start-Win does not store full credit card data.

Prices, subscription terms and billing conditions are presented on the website and in the "Settings" area of the user account, as well as in our terms of sale.

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction lies with the territorially competent courts, unless otherwise provided by law.
