The alternative to Samsung Food
Paste a link, get a clean recipe card, cook step by step. No Samsung account, no smart fridge, made in France.
Samsung Food is the former Whisk, renamed in 2023. The app does a lot: recipes, meal planning, shopping, nutrition, connected TV and fridge. If you just want to save the recipes you see on Instagram and find them again when it's time to cook, that's a lot of screens for not much.
Zeste sticks to that: paste a link, get a clean recipe card, cook step by step, plan the week and get the shopping list. Interface in your language, email support from a team in France, data hosted by OVH in France. Zeste Pro at €4.99/month.

Frequently asked questions
Can I get my Samsung Food recipes back?
Samsung Food doesn't export your cookbook to other apps. The easiest way: take the original links (Instagram, TikTok, website) and paste them into Zeste. If you have lots of recipes, write to us and we'll look at it together.
Does Zeste work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, both apps are on the App Store and Google Play, and the same account works on zeste.cooking from a computer.
Are there nutrition features?
Zeste shows calories, protein, carbs and fat when the source provides them or when the AI can estimate them. No diet tracking or daily counter.
Do I need a subscription to import?
No. The free plan includes 5 video/link imports per week. Zeste Pro (€4.99/month or €29.99/year) removes the import limits and unlocks Chef Zeste, the Magic Fridge and wine cellar pairings.
